[ A ] Reddit’s podcast advertising campaign for advertisers is one of the most effective ad campaigns ever devised, and it’s now being put to the test with a Reddit ad campaign.
The ad campaign aims to make listeners aware of the content they’ve been watching on the subreddit, and the content that’s already been shown.
“If you’ve been subscribed to [a podcast] and then you’re listening to it again, you’re going to notice [the content],” one Reddit user explained to TechCrunch.
“So, we want to make sure that people are aware of what’s going on.
We’re trying to make people aware that this is what’s happening, so that they’ll feel compelled to check out more.”
While the ad campaign was initially designed for podcasts, Reddit has also launched a podcast ad on Reddit’s front page to increase its exposure.
The campaign has been running for a few weeks, and is currently running in the top 10 subreddits on Reddit.
The ad campaign is not available for all podcasting subreddits.
In total, the ad has been viewed over 7,700 times, and received over 1,000 comments.
“What we found out when we ran the campaign is that people were really engaged in it,” said Reddit marketing manager Adam M. Kiesler.
“That’s the kind of content that you want to get into the heads of people who have been listening to podcasts for years, who have just gotten into the hobby and they’re starting to really get into it, and they might be curious about what’s out there, and what’s new and interesting.
We think that that is really compelling.”
Reddit’s podcast ads are aimed at reaching the audience that have been on the site for years.
“The reason that we started this was because of the lack of podcasting content on Reddit, and we wanted to give people something to do that was new and engaging,” Kieslerman said.
“And then, the fact that we have such a massive amount of content out there on Reddit at this time is why we want this to be a success.
We know that there are a lot of people out there who just want to hear a podcast.”
While Reddit has been a platform for people to share content, Kiesling said that the Reddit community has a lot more influence over the way content is shared on the platform.
“We’ve seen that there’s a lot that Reddit can do to improve the quality of content, and that’s something that we’ve been looking at.
So, we wanted Reddit to be at the forefront of that, and to make it as easy as possible to share podcasts and content on the web, on Reddit,” he said.
The Reddit ad is only one of many ad campaigns launched by the subreddit this week, and has already earned $300,000 in funding.
Reddit has raised $1.2 million in funding, with the company also working with an unnamed podcast production company to help bring more content to the site.
